POURQUOI CHOISIR GROUPE PARK AVENUE CARROSSERIE ?

I own a 2007 mini Cooper, old car but I love her. Jonathan at service accepted to do a recall that I should of done a long time ago, thank you my car was in great need of love and even if I was not a client of bmw Brossard and it was a old POS he did everything he could to fix my car. The interior is like new. He told me, we did everything we could to get her back on the road. She runs great. I told him I understand it's a old car, and he said it charges nothing to me. I just picked up a 2026 BMW X5 50e. The salesperson who took care of me throughout the entire process is Adam Mayaki, who I want to recognize through this review. Adam is knowledgeable, personable, patient and behaves with full transparency. He understood my profile as a client and respected my needs, which in turn made me feel valued. As a matter of fact, I want to commend the various people who I have interacted with, from Service to Parts, to Finance. No one pulled a sketchy used car salesperson tactic on me. Things were presented to me upfront, transparently, and whenever issues arose they were solved fairly quickly. This is my first BMW experience, and it has been really good. I recommend this dealership, and specifically recommend Adam should you consider the purchase of a BMW vehicle.
